Making a mistake causes you to focus on what you don’t want. And as they always go hand in hand also on what you do want. It makes you more specific so you can fine tune every little detail. Without mistakes we would miss those valuable experiences which make us true teachers.

Day 9 of my 30 days challenge. Well it’s actually still day 8, but as I lost days…oh well, who cares about the days? I’ve made the choice, so it’s my responsibility. If I don’t, well they say Karma is a bitch. But is it? I believe it is, but limited to this lifetime and only to yourself. You make choices, a lot of them, day in day out. And every choice is your choice, so it’s your responsibility. I can already hear you say but, they made me… stop it!

In every situation the choice you make is yours, and so are the consequences. I know it is oversimplified and your world full of countless relationships to others is very complex, but being dependent on others (or at least in your perception) does not make it any easier. My advice to you is to make your choices as conscious as possible while listening to your inner guidance system and you cannot go wrong. Will they always be right? Well, you will notice the result. What goes around comes around.

Drink more water!

It doesn’t get any more complicated then this. You cannot go wrong with water. Just try to drink more water for a couple of days, and feel it. It’s that simple.

I often use the quote “You learn by experience and you teach by example.”. Both experiencing and teaching are verbs and thus require action. Without doing it, there’s no way you can experience it. And without experiencing it, you cannot teach others how to do it.

So, if there is something you want to do, and in the core of your being it feels right, just do it and be the example for others.
