We tend to get caught in justifying why we feel the way we feel, especially when we feel not so good. Why is that? Well, you could take the perspective of Source, your Inner-Being. When you feel not so good, you are not fully aligned with Source and the gap, which results in the emotions (your inner guidance system) you feel telling you to take the next possible exit towards your destination which is feeling good.
So, if feeling good is your natural emotion, why keep justifying your negative emotions? The negative emotions are your indicator to find any excuse to stop moving into the direction you are going and start travelling towards your destination, feeling good. And with any excuse, I really mean any excuse to feel better! Take any topic that makes you feel better in regards to your current emotional location. Take little steps if the distance to feeling good seems very long. But every step into the right direction is a step worth taking, as it is the journey itself that counts.
My advise is when you are not feeling so good, ask yourself deliberately what your best excuse would be to start feeling better. So, what is your excuse?
