Once we decide to enter the physical realm as an extension from the non-physical, we learn the emotion of grief. We humans link this emotion mostly to death. Our parents teach us from day one that this time and space reality we have entered is full of danger. “Don’t do that, it will kill you!” is a common message that socialized human beings give to the newly entered.
The strong negative emotion that comes with grief is related to two false premises we humans have defined. The first is that death is horrible. A very interesting statement as no living human being has ever been able to share this experience with the ones who are still alive. If you accept that you are an extension of the non-physical, source energy, then dying is nothing more then re-ermiging fully into the positive and eternal source energy. In this process all resistance build up during your time as physical extension is released. That feeling of relief must be hard to describe with words. The second false premise related to grief is that you feel all the negative emotions as loneliness, sadness, disempowerement because you have lost your loved one. But it is reallythe disconnection of you with who you really are.
Personally, I have never felt the emotion of real grief when for example a family member died. Somehow I naturally felt that death is not a bad thing. The first conscious memory of that realisation is when I was introduced to the fact that matter is nothing else then focused energy, and that energy is vibration. This has al become so much clearer since I started to listen to the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. It was as if all the answers that I already knew on a more ‘under-the-surface’ level got confirmed one by one by one by one, and actually still are as I continue to listen.
I have lost my fear of dying (or croaking as Abraham refers to death in the most disrespectfull way…) or loosing a loved one. People might find that very hard to believe, but it has brought me so much clarity and peace giving me more energy and inspiration about life. They just love the drama of it…
