Appreciation increases your vibration because it is a positive emotion which will turn you downstream on the river of life energy. It’s good to train yourself back into appreciation, which will feel empowering to take back the joyful control of your life.
But how would you train yourself in appreciating? Well, that’s easy. Just make a list of things you appreciate about life. Do this everyday, it will take just 10 to 15 minutes. And make it fun. For example, take each day a different topic. Your life, work, partner, childern, parents, friends, house, car, anything you feel like appreciating. Also, review the lists you created and add items you start to appreciate at a later stage when you get really good at this.
From a state of appreciation it will be so much easier to get in alignment with your desires, what you really want. And magical things will happen.
